PAYMENT POLICY

REFUND POLICY

2. ABSOLUTE NO REFUND AFTER WORK COMMENCEMENT

Once ZynDux Corporate PLT has started any work, including but not limited to:

  • Name search or reservation

  • Document preparation

  • Advisory or consultation

  • Compliance review

  • Government or third-party submission

  • System setup or processing

NO REFUND SHALL BE GIVEN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Payment confirms acceptance of this condition.


3. Non-Refundable Fees

The following are strictly non-refundable:

  • Government & statutory fees

  • Filing and submission charges

  • Third-party service costs

  • Professional service fees once initiated

  • Digital service and administrative charges


4. Refund Before Work Starts

Refunds may only be considered if:

  • Payment was made in error, AND

  • No work has commenced

Approved refunds may be subject to administrative deductions.


5. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within a reasonable timeframe.
